Anishchenko H. The development of efficient and competitiveness horticulture in agricultural enterprises

The object of the research: the process of forming and functioning of the market oriented gardening of the region. The aim of the research: working out of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical proposals concerning the directions of the efficient and competitive gardening. The methods of the research: scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, monographic, sociological, comparison, graphic, discounting, statistical, economic and mathematical methods. The theoretical and practical results: the necessity of application of the system of quality control of horticultural produce by certificating fruit production with the help of the system of certificates of perennial plantations is grounded; the organizational-economic mechanism of creating and functioning of associations of the horticultural market participants as a regulating system in the context of production-marketing integration is developed; the techniques of estimation of competitiveness of horticulture and forecasting of the level of horticultural production are improved; the proposals concerning the necessity of the development of the specialized wholesale market and the enterprises of infrastructure services for horticulture are grounded; the system of commodity flow in horticulture is optimized. The degree of introduction: the results of the research are recommended by the Chief Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Cherkasy regional state administration, the Department of Agro-Industrial Development in Chyhyryn district, Uman inter-district station of the State Inspectorate of Plant Quarantine in Cherkasy region for the students' course of studies in Uman state agrarian university. The sphere of application: the economy of agricultural sector and agro-industrial complex.
