The thesis is focused on developing a new research and methodological approach to assessing and regulating the competitiveness of construction companies. The thesis contains a new methodology for assessing the competitiveness of construction companies in consideration of both external and internal competitiveness levers on the basis of dual estimates, including the development and implementation of economic models that reflect the impact of production factors on the competitiveness of construction companies and serve as the basis of cost-effective management decisions aimed at achieving the required performance targets. A number of techniques and approaches to assessing the competitiveness of construction companies based on the expert analysis methods have been developed. At the institutional level of construction companies, a new practical technique of boosting the competitiveness and creating the corporate image of construction companies as reliable investment partners has been introduced.
