In market conditions improving of an efficiency of the construction organization is very important by optimizing the use of its resources. We used a system approach to determine the interdependent elements of an construction organization as a system and apply quantitative methods to improve resource efficiency: optimization using economic and mathematical and econometric modeling. On the basis of scientific applications of these methods identified factors on the efficiency of construction organizations, improved resource management, optimization of building company resources using dual assessments and risk. A study of a particular building enterprise is made: useing statistical and financial reporting developed econometric models of addictions resulting indicators (income, profit, cost) factors of production and economic activity, coefficient of elasticity is calculated by factors, that allows you to develop and implement recommendations to improve the management quality of construction organization.
