Dissertation work is devoted to research of -methodological and organizational principles and practical aspects of forming and use facilities on payment of labour on the enterprises of retail business. Developed and offered to recommendation in relation to forming and use of facilities on payment of labour on the enterprises of retail business in the conditions of market reformation the economies directed on the increase of legal ettlings, diminishing of the tax loading on an enterprise and gap-fillingness of social funds, that will be instrumental in the effective forming and rational use of facilities on payment of labour. Research of analysis and control of facilities on payment of labour as unique system, that foresees optimization of informative streams at accordance with the necessities of management of forming and use of facilities on payment of labour, using the modern methods of analysis and development of the effective checking systems, еffective development of bases of registration design and practical introduction of the developed models of calculations of taxes payments in activity of enterprises of retail business, which will come forward the instrument of optimization of management by the financial results of activity. Developed suggestions are developed for to the improvement of method and organization of analysis and control of forming and use of facilities introductions of which on the enterprises of retail business will allow to provide by necessary information of the strategic and tactical jobs processing on the effective management by facilities on payment of labour.
