Polyvana L. Analysis of trade enterprise activity strategies

In the given thesis the problems of strategic analysis implementation in trade enterprises management have been investigated. Also, the following activities have taken place: defining the contents of strategic analysis in trade enterprises management; introducing the implementation of multi-level system of strategic administrative accounts in trade enterprises. This kind of system is meant to complement the traditional system of accounting and administration organically, removing the 'blanks' in formation of strategic manner. Strategic analysis considered in the context of multi-facet study of inner and outer information is meant for designing the optimal strategy of the enterpise course and making the strategically correct decisions. Some of the main directions in the development of methods of strategic analysis on a corporate level and also on the level of trade enterprises; on the level of regular and project activity have been considered. The model of the enterprise competency analysis with the help of the out-sourcing matrix has been improved. Proposals regarding definition of the intellectual worth of the trade enterprises' capital have been designed. Approaches to the strategic analysis in trade enterprises and the implementation of the integrated system of stategic analysis have been proposed. In order to carry out the functioning of the mentioned above system we have designed the typical regimen of organisation and strategic analysis performance.
