The thesis is dedicated to research of competitiveness of vinicultural and winemaking enterprises and development of organizational - economic directions of its increase. The features of formation of competitive relations and are shown. The integrated approach to achievement of steady competitive advantage is offered, and also directions on prevention of possible attacks of competitors are offered. The definition of concept of competitiveness of vinicultural and winemaking enterprises is given. Set of the factors influencing formation vinicultural and winemaking market is determined. The technique of studying of organizational - economic directions of increase of competitiveness of the vinicultural and winemaking enterprises at the present stage is offered. The modern condition of manufacture of a grapes and wine production is shown. The estimation of a production efficiency and realization of a grapes and wine production is made. The advantages and lacks of the horizontal and vertical integrated structures in vinicultural and winemaking subcomplex are shown. The circuit of productive and economic communications of agroindustrial association on manufacture wine production is developed. The mechanism of distribution of the profit between participants of the integrated association on manufacture of wine production is offered. The methodical approach is developed, allowing determine the area under vineyards which will provide effective work of wine factory. The model of establishment of the size of the economically justified surcharges and discounts to a procurement price of a grapes is offered.
