Zhydyak O. The development of forms of business in agriculture in a market economy

Object of researches: organizationally economic and social aspects of activity of subjects of entrepreneurial activity in agriculture. Research purpose: to ground and develop theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of organization of forms of entrepreneurial activity in an agrarian sector in the conditions of market economy and increase of their economic efficiency. Research methods: monographic, statistical supervision, analysis and synthesis, variation, comparison, absolute and relative values, rows of dynamics, graphic and tabular, groupings, cross-correlation regressive analysis, dispersions and others like that. Scientific novelty: complex approach is first offered in relation to development of forms of entrepreneurial activity in an agrarian sector which will give possibility to develop strategic directions of development of separate enterprises taking into account the organizational economic and social aspects of their activity; the economic mechanism of menage legal forms is improved in an agrarian sector and organizationally production bases of improvement of quality of products and increase of competitiveness of producers; got subsequent development of way of development of subjects of entrepreneurial activity in agriculture in the context of entry of Ukraine to to SOT and integrations from ES and method of analysis of the system of realization of agricultural product, scientific principles of determination of directions of development of integration processes in an agrarian sector.
