This thesis addressed the scientific and practical task of improving the thermal efficiency and ecological efficiency of existing thermal power generators. New constructions of waste-heat exchangers are developed and investigated. Experimental studies of experimental-industrial heat exchangers are implemented. Improved methodology of calculation of waste-heat exchangers of thermal energy of smoke fumes are proposed. New constructions of equipment for gas cleaning can clean the gas in an integrated way: simultaneously in one apparatus the gases are cleaned of suspended and gaseous impurities. The effectiveness of gas purification from impurities is 93-99,8 %. The results of the thesis are introduced in the industrial enterprises and enterprises of communal property.
