Object: process of strategic management innovative development of enterprises of consumer cooperatives. Purpose: development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations in relation to forming of mechanism of strategic innovative development of enterprises of consumer cooperatives in Ukraine. Methods: systems approach, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, scientific abstraction, logical generalization, expert estimation, economic аnd statistical analysis, fuzzy set theory, theory of the graphs, economico-mathematical modeling. It is offered: first: methodical approach to forming of mechanism of strategic innovative development of enterprises of consumer cooperatives in Ukraine; it is improved: theoretical and methodical approach to determination of structure of innovative strategy of enterprise; model of strategic innovative development of enterprise, theoretical approach to forming of innovative aims of enterprises of consumer cooperatives; model of management of innovative projects of enterprise development; model of forming of criteria of selection of innovative projects of strategy of innovative development of enterprise; gathered subsequent development: concept categories of planning of innovations on an enterprise, as "innovative development", "innovative strategy"; the methodical approach to classification of innovative strategies of enterprises.
