The dissertation is devoted a theoretical substantiation and working out of offers on improvement of mechanisms of realisation of the state investment policy in region. Directions of improvement of the organisation of an investment policy in region are developed. The mechanism of formation of a regional infrastructure of management is proved by investment activity. Directions of use of the marketing approach as mechanism of management by investments into region are defined.
