Dissertation is the first in Ukrainian legal science complex scientific generalization philosophical-legal principles of forming of professional culture of future lawyers. Formulated definitions and the comprehensive analysis of concepts, principles and functions of professional culture of future lawyers is carried out, and also factors of influence on its forming in the context of modern philosophical-legal doctrines. A professional culture, professional activity, professional consciousness, is examined at the angle of such philosophical categories, as combination of special, general and single.
