Bodayevs'kіy V. Criminal responsibility of servicemen for the mercenary encroachment upon the munitions (аrt. 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of criminal responsibility for the theft, misappropriation, servicemen's extortion of weapon, ammunition, for explosive or other battle matters, vehicles, military and special transport or other munitions, and also swindle out of them or the misuse of a service position (аrt. 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The elaboration of this problem in the law literature, historical development and foreign experience is being researched, the questions of social conditionality of the norms about criminal responsibility for the mentioned crime are being examined, the corpus delicti provided by art. 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being analyzed, the questions of delimitation of this crime from closely related crimes and from disciplinary law delinquency are being considered.
