Dissertation is devoted to research and develop complex theoretical and practical recommendations related to improving methods of investigating violations of copyright and related rights, as a system of organizational and tactical actions. The paper studied and generalized elements of criminological characteristics of violations of copyright and related rights, including especially the subject defined criminal offence, given the author's classification of the most common ways to commit violations of copyright and related rights, as well as developed organizational, methodical and tactical features of the investigation of violations of copyright and related rights. The recommendations to improve prevention measures and the cooperation of national and international rini to combat infringement of copyright and related rights.
