The object of the research is a process of а depreciation policy on machine-building enterprises. The aim of the work lies in the treatment of theoretical and applied elements relation to forming of depreciation policy of machine-building enterprise in the system of antirecessionary management. Dissertation work is devoted development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations in relation to forming of depreciation policy of machine-building enterprise in the system of antirecessionary management. Grounded new going near interpretation of term "object of depreciation". Depth theoretical and methodological bases of forming of new quantitative indexes are deep for an analysis, and also methods of design in space of depreciation process. The new methods of calculation of depreciation decrees are developed on machine-building enterprises. The methods of forming of depreciation policy are improved in the system of antirecessionary management. Methodical positions are offered in relation to determination of efficiency of depreciation policy. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of native machine-building complex.
