Essay

The results of comparative analysis of morbidity's indices, clinic-morphological, immunohistochemical characteristics, risk's factors of appearance and peculiarities of heredity of breast cancer among the women of slavic and crimean-tatar ethnic groups are presented in this dissertation. It was fixed that breast cancer morbidity among the women of the slavic population is 1,6 times higher than among the crimean-tatar population (65,2 and 41,9 on a 100 thousand corresponding female population). The contribution of genetic component into the susceptibility to breast cancer appeared much higher among the crimean-tatar group (GC=57,8%) in comparison with the slavic group (GC=31,5%). At prospective research by the accident-control method a number of risk's factors of breast cancer rising due to the ethnic belonging were related. As the result of carried out research work were obtained data's of risk's factors of breast cancer development, were calculated segregative frequencies and recurrent risk of disease's appearance among the inheritors in the families with sick members due to the phenotype of probands that allow to work out goal-directed strategy of primary and secondary prophylaxis and early diagnostics of this disease as well.
