The rates of CA 15.3 were higher in the age group 30-39 years (57,62±3,9 units / ml), in patients with preserved menstrual function (52,79 ± 1,70 units / ml), in patients with undifferentiated cancer (67.84 ± 4,20 units / ml). Positive receptor status associates with sloping age of patients (40 %), menopause (34 %), highly differentiated tumors (84 %), early stage disease (84 %). Receptor-negative tumors were frequently observed in younger age (55 %), in women with preserved menstrual function (35 %), with low differentiated tumors (51 %), low-stage of the disease (58 %). The excessive levels of CA 15.3 (more than 60 units/ml) were associated with negative receptor status of tumors (37 %). Hiperekspression Her2/neu associates with positive progesterone receptors in 6 %. Sensitivity determination CA15.3 in patients with prolongation was 66 %. Mortality rate in the main group during the three years was 24 % if to compare with control group - 55 %.
