Pavluk T. Employment of agricultural population in agrarian sphere (on materials of Vinnitsa area)

Research object: a process of providing of effective employment of rural population is taking into account the features of agroindustrial production. A research purpose consists in deepening of theoretical and methodological positions, analysis and development of suggestions in relation to the increase of level of employment of rural population of the Winnitca area in an agrarian sphere, saving of operating and creation of new workplaces, improvement of terms of labour and social defence of rural population. Methods: dialectical, comparative analysis, statistics-economic (groupings, middle and relative sizes), sociological, calculation-structural, design, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: a market of labour in rural locality of the Winnitca area condition is analysed. Explored basic factors which influence on employment of rural population. Taking into account the specific of agrarian industry the level of employment of rural population is expected in basic industries of agrarian sphere. Basic directions of improvement of management employment are offered in an agrarian sphere due to saving of operating and creation of new workplaces, improvement of terms of labour and way of life of rural population and busy in them persons due to bringing in of investments. Scientific novelty: the actual questions of management of rural population employment are considered in the agrarian sphere of the Winnitca area. Determination of categories is offered "employment", "management employment" and "busy at economic activity". Basic methodological and methodical approaches are exposed to determination of employment of population and feature of her in an agrarian sphere. Drawn on results of researches in work of the Winnitca regional center of employment, Main administration of agroindustrial development of the Winnitca area, in the educational process of the Winnitca state agrarian university. Drawing on research results will be instrumental in the practical decision of problems in relation to the increase of level of employment of rural population in the conditions of the reformed agrarian sphere.
