Insurance of vehicles owners' civil liability. Deepening of theoretical principles of insurance of vehicles owners' civil liability and grounding of practical recommendations regarding its making more active development in Ukraine and its social-economic importance increase. Methods: method of dialectics and historical method, method of scientific abstraction, method of analysis and synthesis, graphic methods, economic-statistical methods of collection and processing of information, method of comparative descriptions and extrapolation. The object of agreement of insurance of vehicles owners' civil liability is specified; methodical approaches to damage adjustment of victims are improved; introduction of the single type of contracts of compulsory insurance of vehicles owners' civil liability is offered. The three-level model of the financial providing of insurers obligations under the agreements of insurance of vehicles owners' civil liability is built, which enables to put in order the legislative requirements to solvency of insurers - members of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine. Stage-by-stage increase of insurer' liability limits by compulsory insurance of vehicles owners' civil liability, introduction of direct claims settlement, which simplifies procedure of claims settlement in this insurance type are offered. Recommendations regarding stage-by-stage increase of insurer liability limits, introduction of the single type of insurance contracts, improvement of insurance terminology in compulsory insurance of vehicles owners' civil liability used.
