Investigational essence and maintenance of economic security of bank above all things as the proper state of bank, certainly basic criteria and the conceptual going is analysed near its estimation. The analysis of threats economic security of banks, their classification, terms and forming reasons is conducted. Set, that the threats of activity of banks are caused terms which in a that or other period are folded in a country and directly at the market of bank services. It is well-proven that for providing of the safe state of bank at the market and realization of them economic interests it is necessary to create the complex system of economic security of bank, which it follows to examine as combination of such constituents, as financial safety, safety of financial resources, informative and skilled safety. It is offered organizationally methodological principles in relation to its forming. Recommendations are developed in relation to the management of economic security of bank the complex system on the basis of forming, realization and defence of corporate interest, in the field of safety.
