Research object: a process of the financial providing of higher education in Ukraine. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodical positions and practical recommendations on the improvement of mechanism of the financial providing of higher education in the conditions of forming of the socially oriented market economy. Methods: economic-statistical, graphic, system-structural analysis, economic-mathematical design, dynamic analogies. Novelty: theoretical-methodical principles of providing of firmness of the system of financing of institute of higher are first developed on the basis of research of conduct of phase vector of volume and period of the use of financial resources, theoretical principles of functioning of mechanism of the financial providing of higher education are improved in the conditions of forming of the socially oriented market economy on the basis of application of approach of the systems to his consideration through the selection of basic functional connections. Sphere of the use: in financial-economic activity of the Volhyn Institute of Economy and Management, in the educational process of the Lutsk National Technical University.
