Object: processes of innovative development of network organizations of virtual type in the modern terms of menage. Purpose: development of scientific positions and practical recommendations on innovative development of network organizations of virtual type informative-communication sector of economy. Methods: economic-statistical analysis, system, synergic, index, mathematical-statistical. Results: the concept «Network organization of virtual type» is first offered, which a multilevel computer-integrated organizational structure, being based on principles of association of production capacities and bringing in of resources of independent in a legal relation enterprises, is understood under, methodical approach is improved on the analysis of the existent state of network partnership and innovative development of new organizational structures.
