Kulykov O. Active position of personality in Criminal Procedure: mechanism of its providing.

This thesis lights the combined research of nature and mechanism of providing legal activity of personality in Legal Proceeding. In the research theoretical questions of personality's position in a legal state by today's legal and social development of Ukraine considered. It is also opened the point, definition and mechanism of realization of personality's activity in a legal state, conditions of providing of legal personality's activity in Legal Proceeding. Legal aspect in the theory of legal protection of personality in mechanism of foundation of participant's active position of Legal Proceeding is analyzed. Nature and ways of providing of legal protection of personality in Legal Proceeding are considered. Criminal and Legal procedure ways and organization of providing of active legal personality's position in Legal Proceeding are determined.
