On the basis of examination of 178 patients has been shown expedience of investigation of spirometry, blood pressure monitoring, immune resistance, lipid peroxidation, systemic inflammation.Standard treatment had no significant influence on studied indexes/ For patients with diagnosed prevalence of disturbances of lipid peroxidation and antioxidative system the drug of choice is corvitin, with more changes if immune system - imunofan.
