Essay

An object is development process in bioenergy as alternative source of fuel and energy resources in agriculture; goal – development and substantiation of theoretical, methodical and practical principals of investment possibilities to develop biofuel energy in agriculture as alternative energy source; research methods – factor analysis, economic and mathematical analysis, synthesis, systematization and summarizing, statistic, logical and historical methods; theoretical and practical results – efficiency evaluation schemes and simulation measures for bioenergy development in Ukraine are used to evaluate economic and ecological biofuel production efficiency and work out of appropriate legislative alterations, efficiency evaluation of biodiesel production is applied in financial analysis of biodiesel plant and efficiency analysis of biodiesel production and use for agricultural needs; novelty - substantiation of investment possibilities to increase energy efficiency in agriculture through biofuel energy development, stipulated by energy constituent raise in agricultural expenses, development of evaluation principals of economic and ecological biofuel production based on agricultural raw materials, proposed system of measures to stimulate bioenergy development in Ukraine aimed at biofuel real market formation; degree of introduction - it is inculcated, sphere (industry) of the use - by the government bodies (Ministry of agriculture policy) and during the practical activity of pilot plant on biodiesel production at Research institute of ecobiotechnologies and bioenergy.
