Essay

Dissertation deals with the problem of researching the lawusing activity and the forms of its realization. Scientific approaches to understanding law and realization of legal norms are analyzed; and the place of lawusing activity in the system of legal norms realization is defined. The most important features of the basic approaches to the awareness of law are researched. The role of law applying activity for the development of the society and state is described. Lawusing as the legal activity is researched in the forms of justice, constitutive and order, regulative and overseeing, and law-enforcing activity.
