Dubinchak V. Law-enforcement activity: matter, subjects, ensuring means (legal-theoretic aspect)

The dissertation research is dedicated to the range of problems of matter and meaning of the law-enforcement activity, on the one hand, as the variety of social legal activity, and on the other hand, as the independent legal institute, which have own features, execution principles, realization subjects and the system of ensuring means. The complex analysis of legal-theoretic basics of law-enforcement activity is performed, the determination of the terms "legal activity", "law-enforcement activity", "law-enforcement authority", "law-enforcement functions" is concretized, the characteristics of the law-enforcement activity are determined, its place and importance in the legal and social activity is analyzed in the dissertation.
