Essay

The thesis is aimed to creating a new class of termo resistant ceramic coatings on the basis of the system MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 and mineralized additives. The technological principles of the formation of ceramic coatings on the basis of polymethylphenylsiloxane-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 are developed. They are characterized by an adjustable phase composition and the low value TCLE, and can be used to protect of cordierite-mullite refractories in furnaces for firing glazed ceramic products. The application of ceramic coatings has made it possible to increase the exploitation term of refractories APTAKORIT CM 1 and S CORIT M 2,2...2,6 times.
