The thesis is divoted to solve actual problems in the cement industry, related with decline energy intensity of cement production, which is achieved on the relevant technological stages due to deep dehydration by the complex thinner of raw slurry, the replacement of natural gas to alternative fuels when burning Portland cement clinker of mixed cement with low content of clinker component modified with admixtures of plasticizing and accelerating action.
