In the work degree of influence of intangible assets on effectiveness of enterprise activities is discovered, principles of determination of intangible assets optimum level for achievement of acceptable level of owner's equity profitability as an integral index of enterprise activities effectiveness are explored. Methodical recommendations how to introduce measurement of influence of intangible assets on owner's equity structure formation and increase of effectiveness of winemaking enterprises are offered. Measures on determination of optimum level of intangible assets and sources of their financing due to proper and borrowed funds are outlined.
