Polozhentseva E. The strategy of economic development of agro-industrial complex in the context of globalization

Research object. Processes of economic development of agro-industrial complex and becoming of the system of strategic management by him how the bases of conception of government control are in the conditions of globalization of economy. Research purpose. Development of scientific bases and practical recommendations in relation to forming and ground of strategy of development of agro-industrial complex in the conditions of globalization at the level of regional complex. Research methods. Theoretical generalization and comparison, logical design, dialectical, concretely - history method, comparative analysis, systems approach, graphic method statistical and economical- mathematical methods of analysis. The practical value of work consists that the use of basic scientific positions and conclusions in practical activity allows: to extend the methodological base of development of the system of strategic management of agro-industrial complex at a regional level; to use them for conducting of analysis of efficiency of strategic management, in particular determination of backlogs and directions of rationalization of economic activity and nature is the use; to extend the applied character of forming of the system of effective strategic management, adapted to the real terms of globalization. The scientific novelty of the got results of research consists in the theoretical ground and development of conceptual approaches in relation to perfection of organizational-economic mechanism of strategic management of agro-industrial complex in the conditions of globalization. Strategic priorities of development of agro-industrial complex taking into account globalizatsionnih processes in an economy are first grounded, realization of which allows to the enterprises of complex optimum to use present potential and remain receptive to the requirements of external environment. The results of dissertation are used in practical activity of headquarters of Economy of Kharkov Regional State Administration, State Enterprise "Agrofirmi "Shahter". The separate results of research are used in an educational process in the Kharkov National University of the V.N. Karazіna name and Kramatorsk Institute of Economics and Humanities.
