Chelombit'ko T. Management of the potential of development bank sector of national economy

Research object. Process of functioning of bank sector of national economy of Ukraine. Research purpose. Generalization and ground of theoretical approaches to the management by development of bank sector and development of scientific-methodical and practical recommendations in relation to perfection of management by potential of bank sector of national economy. Research methods. Dialectical, theoretical generalization and comparison, systems and complex approaches, method of statistical analysis, selective researches, method of expert estimations and graphic constructions, method of reason is investigation, logical and functional communications and dependences. The practical value of work consists in the improvement of management by potential of bank sector. The offered ways of forming, development and use of potential of bank sector provide the rise of scientific validity of acceptance of administrative decisions at bank activity. The scientific novelty of the got results of research consists in development and ground of theoretical and methodical recommendations in relation to perfection of management by potential of development of bank sector of national economy. A structural-functional case frame by strategic potential of development of bank sector is first offered, which is based on the muchparametricheskom analysis of current and prognosis scenarios of choice of priority directions of development and can be used both for development of ways of growth of strategic potential of all bank sector, and for forming of strategic potential of separate bank. The results of dissertation are used in practical activity of the Kharkov territorial management of the State commission from securities and fund market. Suggestions in relation to introduction of organizational case frame by a commercial bank and constructions of case frame by potential of development of bank sector are accepted to application in practical activity of a few bank institutions. The separate results of research are used in an educational process in the Kharkov National University of the V.N. Karazіna name.
