Lapshyna T. Depositary provision of the Ukrainian securities market

Object of research: the system of economic relations, which appear between participants of Ukrainian securities market. Research purpose: working out and ground theoretical thesis and practical recommendations in order to improve the depositary provision of the Ukrainian securities market. Methods: method of unity of historical and logical, method of comparison, economic-mathematical and statistical methods, scientific abstraction, method of analogy, methods of analysis and synthesis. Results, novelty: the model of National depositary system in Ukraine is worked out for circulation exclusively document-free form of securities; creation of Centralize guarantee fund for securities accounts is proposed; the classification of securities' existence form is defined more precisely; the stages of securities market's development in dependence on predominant existence form of securities are determined; estimation and management of depositary risks are developed in following way; it given proof that Ukrainian securities market's transition to the next postdocumantary stage would be expedient in case when domestic securities market would correspond to all determined criterions. Use sphere: in state economic policy in the way of regulation and improvement securities market's depositary infrastructure, in activities of Ukrainian National depositary system's institutions.
