Dissertation is devoted research and generalization of theoretical and methodical principles, development of methodical and practical recommendations in relation to forming of strategy of development and increase of efficiency of production on agricultural enterprises in industry of the suckling cattle breeding. Scientific forming of strategies of development bases are considered in an agrarian production. The analysis of the state and efficiency of production of milk is carried out in the Poltava area. Development of directions of forming of strategy of development of industry of the suckling cattle breeding is conducted in the probed enterprises.
