Essay

Thesis is devoted to investigations of theoretical approaches and methodological recommendations about the development of social infrastructure and increasing of life quality in the countryside. It is given estimated figures of further devepment of social infrastructure, which include with existing figures, qualitive and quantitive estimates, recourses expenses, formation and function of social infrastructure and population welfare. It is substantiated that one of the most important form of countryside people employment and welfare is private farms.
