The thesis is dedicated to research theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of production sale system and management of its on poultry farms. It specifies essence, necessity and directions of economic activity of the state. The complex of problems of a control system trade on integrated poultry farms is defined. Modern concept of management is offered by production realisation is offered. Classification of signs which form conditions sale poultry farming production is specified. The basic functions of a control sale system in realisations of strategy of market advantages and the basic postulates of the analysis of errors of a control sale system are allocated.
