The object - unreseсtable cancer of distal department of a stomach. The purpose - to raise quality and to enlarge life expectancy of patients with the given localisation. The Methods - clinical, laboratory, radiological, ultrasonic, morphological, statistical. Novelty - the original way of special treatment нерезектабельного a cancer of distal department of a stomach which consists in cross-section crossing of a stomach, formation with its proximal part of a gastroenteroanastomosis, a catheterization of the right zheludochno-omental artery, using regional chemotherapies for the first time is developed. For the first time in experiment on laboratory animals possibility of performance of the developed way is proved, morphological changes in a wall of a gastroenteric anastomosis are studied at application регионарной chemotherapies and possibility of its carrying out, since 5 days is proved. For the first time logistical models for forecasting of a survival and an estimation of quality of a life which allow to give quantity an estimation of efficiency of the spent treatment are constructed. The results - the survival rate and quality of a life of patients has improved. The positive estimation of quality of a life of patients in 3 months has raised in 9,4 times, in comparison with control group. The way is introduced in practice of the Donetsk regional antitumoral centre and oncologic establishments of of Mariupol, Dnepropetrovsk, Kramatorsk, Gorlovka. The area - medicine (oncology).
