Siman O. The formation and the development of tolerance in ethno-confessional relations of modern Ukraine

On the basis of philosophic-religious studies' analysis of ethno-confessional development of Ukraine and during the process of multiple-aspect interpretation of tolerance in research literature the essence, the structure and the functions of tolerance have been characterized, the resources, the factors and the mechanisms of its formation in Ukrainian society have been revealed. From the new viewpoint social-philosophical, religious studies meanings of ethno-confessional tolerance as a vision category have been determined; its general and special features which characterize the structure, the maturity criterion, the levels, the resources, the risks and the limits of ethno-confessional understanding have been indicated.
