Makhinich G. Quality management System Formation at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of quality management at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine. In this work the theoretical approaches to determination of quality of products as management object are generalized; essence of concept of "quality management at an enterprise" is specified; the basic stages of the process of quality management at an enterpriser selected; methodological approaches of native and foreign researches on questions of forming and functioning of the modern quality management systems are systematized; the features of dynamics of introduction and certification of the quality management systems and ecological management systems quality systems of the world are outlined; the modern situation and problems of providing products quality of domestic enterprises in terms of regions and industries of national economy of Ukraine is explored; modern development level of pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine is explored; explored process of quality management at OAO "Farmak" on the basis of effectiveness evaluation algorithm of functioning of quality management system at an enterprise with the use of the developed quantitative and high-quality criteria scales; methodical approaches to the evaluation of quality management process efficiency at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine on the basis of methods of stochastic design are developed; suggestions about quality management at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine are made
