Thesis is devoted to the analysis of historical-legal, general theoretic aspects and applied problems regarding legal support of child's rights and freedoms in Ukraine. We have analyzed the concept, component elements and efficiency criteria of support mechanism of child's rights and freedoms, directions of its improvement have been specified. We have substantiated a lot of suggestions as to the improvement of legislation in the sphere of child's rights and freedoms support.
