Essay

The dissertation investigated the basis of the franchise and the use of franchising as an instrument for investment activities of enterprises of food industry. The author's definition of franchise and supplement the existing classification of franchising was proposed. Investigate the legal measures to regulate franchise in Ukraine and over the world. We considered the factors hampering the development of franchising activities in the food industry of Ukraine, and we proposed measures to reduce their negative impact. An analysis methodology for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects and franchising their advantages and disadvantages was done. The ways to improve assessment of the effectiveness of franchising projects and address the shortcomings were suggested. The method of ensuring the efficiency of investment projects in the franchise food industry that, unlike existing ones, takes into account environmental impact on the company and consider the company as part of the economic system - Food Industry of Ukraine, and includes an assessment of profitability of cooperation for each of the enterprises franchise network, and also allows you to develop a balanced system of franchise fees, which will ensure stability and profitability of franchise relations was suggested at the first time. The proposed method of effective franchising project was tested in the enterprises in food industry of Ukraine.
