Research object is information-analytical maintenance for decision making processes by fire extinguishing of especially dangerous objects. The research objective consists in increase of efficiency of decision-making processes at fire extinguishing especially dangerous objects by working out of models and methods of the analysis and forecasting of developments of a fire. Dissertation is devoted to development of new hybrid technologies of decision making at fire extinguishing of especially dangerous objects in the conditions of uncertainty. Models of distribution time of fire to object which makes the raised danger, on a production rules basis and fuzzy conclusions in the form of Mamdani and Sugeno are developed. Methods of distribution time definition of fire on the basis of neuro-fuzzy networks use are developed. Hybrid technologies of decision making support are developed at fire extinguishing have allowed to formalize expert conclusions and to carry out modeling of process of fire distribution.
