Bui T. Debt securities in corporate financing

In the dissertation the theoretical base and practical recommendations concerning the debt securities application in the corporate financing were investigated. The essence of the debt securities was defined, their position among the financial instruments was grounded. The debt securities application by Ukrainian corporations in the process of borrowings on the domestic and international capital markets was analyzed. It was proved, that the dependence between the effective debt securities application and the presence of the preconditions connected with financial instruments, corporate relations and financial infrastructure development, was significant. The actions for improving the debt securities application in corporate financing were proposed.The necessity of the financial engineering in the corporate debt financing was proved, the structured debt securities were defined, their classification and the application trends in the corporate sector were proposed. The algorithm of debt financing decision making was developed. The stimulating and restrictive factors of the financial engineering products application in Ukraine were defined.
