Object of research: process of a substantiation and acceptance of strategic administrative decisions in sphere of maintenance of long-term profitableness of joint-stock companies of building branch. Research methods: theoretical generalisation; to the analysis and synthesis; classifications; statistical and technical and economic; the graphic; the comparative analysis; an expert estimation; the morphological analysis; structurally logic to the analysis. The purpose: improvement of teoretiko-methodical positions and a substantiation of practical recommendations concerning strategic management of profit of joint-stock companies of building branch. It is improved: process of strategic management by profit of joint-stock companies by integration into unique system of a complex of base reference strategy of maintenance of long-term profitableness of joint-stock companies. Had the further development: information-analytical maintenance of acceptance of administrative decisions in system of corporate governance of joint-stock companies of building branch. It is introduced: the approach to an estimation of productivity of work of building joint-stock companies with use of dynamic matrix model and the approach to an estimation of the aggregated indicator of productivity of functioning of joint-stock company.
