Essay

In the thesis there was made complex research of modern legal practice in world legal systems. There was covered the condition of main today's systems and legal practice among them. There was evaluated the role of legal practice in legal systems of Indian, Judaic, Muslim justice, of traditional legal system, of Romance-German and Anglo-Saxon legal systems. There were traced back the practical tendencies for applying of legal practice in modern justice in respective legal systems. Separately there was analyzed the legal system of Ukraine and its role of legal practice within it.
