Palasevych M. Regulation of bank investment activity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of regulation of bank investment activity in the conditions of transformations. In this work theoretical aspects of regulation of bank investment activity have been researched, instruments of such the regulation which are used by a state, banks and market have been analyzed. The essence and forms of bank investment activity, types and specificities of bank investment products have been researched. Interactions between state and market regulators of bank investment business have been discovered. Specificities and factors of bank investment competition development, states and features of state regulation of bank investment activity in Ukraine have been analyzed. The author have researched methods of bank investment risk control and proposed own conception of mechanism of selfregulation of bank invetment activity.
