Pavlov S. Legal traditions of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to a new topical issue and identify socio-cultural foundations of Ukrainian law, which relates the passage in society and legal changes, the growing role of legal culture in the implementation of democratic reforms and creating conditions for the Ukrainian state as a democratic, legal and social - in accordance with its legal traditions. Legal traditions in the dissertation research served as not identical the value of traditional concepts of law. In this perspective, the conclusions about the fact that the legal system of Ukraine on a legal tradition is a part of the Eastern European legal tradition and under existing law applicable to the traditions of Western European traditions of law, the legal reality is undifferentiated.
