Essay

A conception and legal grounds of existence of legal fictions were determined. Indications and definitions of legal fictions were explored. Classification and comparison of legal fictions with contiguous concepts - characters, presumption, axioms, suppositions, collisions and analogies were expounded. Classification of constructive fictions was carried out and features of destructive fictions were described.
