Bukhanko O. Models and method of the network resources management in telecommunication systems on the basis of E-networks

Object - managerial processes by network resources within the limits of maintenance of the set quality of service in modern and perspective telecommunication systems (ТCS). The purpose - service improvement of quality in ТCS on the basis of management of network resources, and also the analysis of means, methods, algorithms of management ТCS on the basis of the device of the E-networks allowing to consider elements of external and internal uncertainty. Methods - the probability theory, the theory of mass service and turns, a mathematical apparatus of E-networks, the theory of indistinct sets and the indistinct logic. Results - new mathematical models and a management method network resources in TCS. It is introduced - into state budgetary research works of the Kharkov national university of radio electronics and scientific research institute "Nikolaev astronomical observatory" and in educational process of the Kharkov national university of radio electronics.
