Essay

In the dissertation the authors understanding of the situation in the form of the economic category of market economy is explained. The groups of situations, which favour the trade development are defined, they are joined into clusters, which are connected with trade-technological process. The mechanism of programmed situational management has been described. The methodical recommendations of forming the strategy of programmed situational management building the system of programmed situational management taking into account of the effect of synergy are developed. The system of indicators of effectiveness estimation of programmed situational management is offered.
