Polivchak V. The development of commercial business trade firms.

In dissertation the problems of development and functioning of commercial business in the economic mechanism of transitional type are explored. Considerable attention is spared to the study of theoretical aspects of forming of notion vehicle of the system of business; classification of forms and types of commercial business is conducted. The dynamics of functioning of separate component elements of subsystem of commercial business is analyzed in 2000-2008 years. On the basis of study of theoretical bases of domestic commercial business and analysis of performance indicators of his subjects in work perspective directions of development of the given subsystem and its component elements are offered taking into account the modern level of development of economy.
